I made the switch about two weeks ago away from the FaceBook app to only using the Safari shortcut on my phone per the article on 9TO5Mac...

I started noticing it after I went to iOS 7.0.2 and now that I am at 7.0.3 I  definitely  notice it.  I have gone through the suggested fix...
